All in all a pleasant stay, the venue met standards. The hotel property was wonderful small with best possible location near to the French quarter, cafe and restaurant as well as night market, and central Siem Reap. Liked the location very close to everything. I was surprised at nearby Guru Mother Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. Exceptional service was provided here. The pool on the premises was lovely...

The manager walking around the buffet at breakfast time and checking everything and the shower was not clean in our room. This hotel was also a little out of the way from the night life

This place's fantastic location is just a short stroll away from downtown, with incredibly friendly staff, such as at Pub Street, which is close by.

Very helpful staff. Huge, stylishly decorated rooms, free upgrade from one bed to two bed suite. Hotel is very well located and management and staff were very amenable and attentive. A beautiful addition to the Siem Reap hotel scene and, in our case, very reasonably priced.

Practicality has in parts been subordinated to style. The rooms could very definitely benefit from a directory/user manual so their many facilities can be use safely. For example, the bath and shower tiles are very slippery underfoot - the hotel helpfully provides rubber soled slippers - but you need to search them out. A little note in the bathroom pointing out that they are there could help avoid a hazardous first shower experience. Similarly, provided cooking facilities are useful - but would be better with clear instructions how to operate gas appliance!

Its location is great near Siem Reap, Cambodia. Plus, it is just a short stroll away from Pub Street.

Fantastic experience at Chateau D'Angkor La Residence. Quiet and absolutely perfect unit with amenities like a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and a washing machine. - Convenient location next to the night market, Royal Garden, cinema, and Lucky Mall.

Room is very spacious, friend staff, good location (10 minutes to Old Mkt). I enjoyed my staying there very much.

Nothing to dislike, in fact. If there is one, it is the swimming pool, too small. But then who spends much time in pool when visit Angkor Wat?
